MOPRAL is usually prescribed for:

Duodenal ulcer

Prevention of duodenal ulcer recurrence

Gastric ulcer

Prevention of gastric ulcer recurrence

Eradication of Helicobacter pylori in peptic ulcer disease

Gastroduodenal lesion induced by anti-inflammatories

Prevention of gastroduodenal lesion induced by NSAIDs in patients at risk

Gastroesophageal reflux esophagitis

Gastroesophageal reflux

Zollinger-Ellison syndrome

Heartburn

Acid regurgitation

Duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori infection

Indications MOPRAL-

MOPRAL capsules are indicated in:


Adults:


· Treatment of duodenal ulcers.


· Prevention of recurrence of duodenal ulcers.


· Treatment of gastric ulcers.


· Prevention of recurrence of gastric ulcers.


· In combination with appropriate antibiotics, eradication of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) in peptic ulcer disease.


Treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers associated with taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)


Prevention of gastric and duodenal ulcers associated with taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in patients at risk.


· Treatment of reflux oesophagitis.


· Maintenance treatment of patients after healing of reflux oesophagitis.


Treatment of symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux.


Treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.


Pediatric use:


Children from one year and ³ to 10 kg


· Treatment of reflux oesophagitis.


Symptomatic treatment of heartburn and acid regurgitation in case of gastroesophageal reflux.


Children over 4 years old and teenagers


· In combination with antibiotics, treatment of duodenal ulcer following H. pylori infection.
