Marfan syndrome,

  



‏ an autosomal dominant genetic disorder due to mutation of Fibrillin-1 gene on chromosome 15, clinical features are tall stature, hyperextensible joints, mitral valve prolapse and ectopia lentis in supra temporal direction. Revised Ghent criteria is used for diagnosis.
