Drugs commonly used to treat long-term hiccups include:

 Chlorpromazine  

 Metoclopramide  

 Muscle relaxants may reduce muscle contractions.

ex:

  Orphenadrine (Norflex)     Baclofen  

الادويه الاتيه تستخدم فى  الحالات الشديده

Anticonvulsants are used for severe muscle spasms.

  Carbamazepine

  Antipsychotic agents 

ex: haloperidol
