Its very important to do some physical examination annually, which is a routine test that your doctor performs in order to check for your overall health status. Its recommended to do this physical examination at least once per year, even if you’re not sick or experiencing any pain or showing any symptoms, in order to check your overall health especially if you are above the age of 50. As these exams are used to:
1. Check for any possible diseases, in order to be diagnosed & treated early.
2. Recognize any health issues that can become medical concerns in the future.
3. Check your cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar levels, as they can be high without showing any signs or symptoms.
4. keep track of any changes in a person’s physical health.
5. Determine whether a person needs any further tests.
