There are many skin signs of some internal diseases and serious infections that show their early signs on the skin for the sake of warning. Among the most important skin signs of internal disease are the following:

1. Yellowing of the skin can be a serious sign of Hepatitis which causes

damage to the liver or liver diseases, gallstones, bile duct obstruction or

pancreatic cancer.

2. Skin moles: If large number of skin moles appear within short period of

time, it can indicate serious & fatal diseases such as skin cancer.

3. Ankle and leg discoloration through the veins located in that area can

be a sign of varicose veins or diabetes.

4. Hard, thickening skin may not indicate serious conditions or diseases

but can be a sign of collagen accumulating under the skin layers or digital sclerosis.
