Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic disease that involves the central nervous system,

 in which the immune system attacks myelin which is the protective layer around nerve fibers. This condition can affect the brain & spinal cord and eventually, this disease can cause permanent damage or deterioration of the nerves.

• Signs and symptoms of MS can widely vary from one person to the other and it include fatigue, difficulty walking, numbness in your legs or feet, difficulty balancing, muscle weakness, vision problems such as blurred vision or partial or complete loss of vision, problems with concentration, memory, and word-finding difficulty.

• Treatment of MS helps manage the symptoms and it can include medications that your doctor will prescribe it for you, regular exercise and following a healthy diet plan.
