damage. Also, It can also lead to kidney stones.
4. Smoking, as it can worsen type 2 diabetes & high blood pressure, and can cause
kidney problems in people who already have kidney disease.
5. Dehydration, as staying well hydrated helps your kidneys clear sodium and toxins
from the body.
6. Over using large amounts of over the counter pain medications.
7. Taking bodybuilding steroids in order to get extreme muscles can cause scarring in
the parts of your kidneys that filter your blood.
8. Not getting enough sleep, as Kidney function is regulated by the sleep-wake cycle.
